The Richmond Hill Lawn Bowling Club encourages you to come out and give lawn bowling a try. There are many reasons for you to do so:

It is a relaxing and enjoyable outdoor activity

And best of all, it is a fun way to get some light exercise.

This member-owned and operated Club consists of a charming cottage bungalow and a playing green with 8 rinks (lanes), located behind Elgin Barrow Arena, beside the pickleball/tennis court. Lawn bowling is an inexpensive sport that can be played by anyone at any age. The game is played both recreationally and competitively. Members of the Club continue to work hard to make the Club safe and welcoming. We would like to invite you to learn more about this sport and try lawn bowling!

Our Club will be participating in the Richmond Hill Doors Open event on May 11th from 10 am to 4 pm. Come talk to us! We’ll be happy to answer all your questions.
We also invite you to try it out! Join our Learn 2 Lawn Bowl program - 5 Thursday evenings of instruction and coached practice. The registration fee of $95 covers the cost, and entitles you to unlimited lawn bowling at other times during the 5 weeks of the program. The Club will lend you the bowls needed at no cost, and prizes are awarded to the top bowlers in the program. No special equipment is required (please wear flat-soled/running shoes). If you decide to join the club as a new member, you will pay only $90 for the remainder of the season, July – October. The dates for this program are June 6, 13, 20, 27 and July 4th, 2024.
